Mast cells are emerging as a strategic therapeutic target across a broad range of immune-inflammatory diseases. NN2802 – Novelty Nobility's anti-c-Kit antibody currently in Phase 1b/2 clinical development, is designed to achieve effective and durable pathogenic mast cell depletion while minimizing prolonged systemic KIT exposure. Its pharmacokinetic profile is optimized to separate the depth and duration of pharmacodynamic effect from systemic exposure, enabling a deliberate “Hit-and-Run” approach designed to maximize therapeutic benefit while limiting on-target tolerability burden.
 

The company's strategy extends beyond mast cell depletion through two distinct bispecific platforms. Rather than relying on a single novel mechanism to carry an entire therapeutic hypothesis, Novelty Nobility combines mast cell control with a second, well-defined disease pathway that has already been biologically and clinically validated. This allows the Company to introduce differentiated mast cell biology while anchoring each program to an established path to clinical benefit.

§ T2 Inflammatory Diseases (Skin & Pulmonary) – Mast cells interact extensively with epithelial and immune signaling networks to amplify and sustain type 2 inflammation. The Company's bispecific approach combines control of pathogenic mast cells with modulation of established type 2 inflammatory pathways, targeting both the upstream amplifier and a validated driver of disease within a single molecule.


§ Retinal Diseases (AMD/GA) – Mast cells are increasingly implicated in the inflammatory, vascular, and tissue-remodeling processes underlying age-related macular degeneration and geographic atrophy. The Company's retinal programs combine mast cell control with VEGF and complement pathways, respectively, each supported by substantial biological, clinical, and regulatory validation in retinal disease. This design allows the novel mast cell component of the therapeutic hypothesis to be paired with mechanisms that already have a demonstrated path to clinical benefit.


Together, these programs represent the Company's strategy to take an emerging and clinically validated mast cell depletion approach one step further—from establishing that mast cells can be therapeutically targeted to developing more precise, disease-specific approaches to control their biology.
 

Novelty Nobility's goal is to establish mast cell modulation as a versatile therapeutic paradigm, combining differentiated mast cell biology with validated disease pathways to address a broad range of diseases where current treatment approaches remain insufficient.
